How can I retrieve my data when my phone has water damage

On Saturday night I dropped my iPhone 5s into a cup of water and it got water damage. I brought it to a repair shop the same day and they got the phone to turn on but the touch screen is now broken. It will not let me get into my phone because I cannot type in the 4 digit pass code. Also my iCloud storage had gotten full about 5 weeks ago and I would like to have all of my data up to date. I was wondering if it were possible for me to retrieve all of my data.
