When I power off, it comes back on by itself

iPhone 4S powers back on a minute after I power off. I can't keep it off, so I have to charge it a few times each day/night. Possible water damage. Any fix?

"Possible water damage"

It either is or isn't, if it is, then corrosion on the board will be shorting something out, causing the phone to turn back on.

You would need to clean the board, either professionally with an ultrasonic cleaner, or more DIY with a toothbrush and 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, make sure to remove the EMI shields to, as a lot of corrosion tends to be under there, most thing effected is usually the battery.

This could also be a power button issue.

Since all these problems can be just associated with the charging port. Start there, clean the charging port very well with isopropyl alcohol and a clean tooth brush. If still problem, replace charging port assembly with flex cable, lower mic, and home button flex connector tab, all is a single part. If still problem, then go with the logic board cleaning.
