Apple Configurator causing problems to ipad mini model a1490

This is driving crazy a bit!!

Lately, when changing a profile on the ipad via Apple Configurator the device's screen is starting to blink non stop, till I'm changing back the profile.

The error code I'm getting is: 402653170 could someone help me out?? At least just to provide me the definition of this error code
