How do you suppose both of the components came up missing?

bought the logic board second hand so and it worked for two days and now it does work anymore. and after research I have seen that these two are missing

magid, you are missing two 89uf 100v 16S series electrolytic SMD capacitors.

I am assuming you found that on a boardview since I dont' have one, can you give the capacitors purpose within the circuit.
