never been taken apart, no water damage, help?? verizon, already tried new sim and restore.

opened to see if there was any visible damage, and found nothing. anyone have any ideas?

Options

Try to disconnect the small antenna next to the battery connector. Works for me every time.

Unplugging battery then press and hold power button for 5 secs usually works for me.
