Das Fahrzeug wird zu heiß

Mein BMW 315i compact wird schon nach ganz kurzen Strecken viel zu heiß und kommt kurz vor den roten Bereich. Den Kühler habe ich schon ausgetauscht und am Thermostat liegt es auch nicht hat sich rausgestellt. So langsam bin ich sehr am verzweifeln.

Hoffe es gibt dafür eine Lösung auser das der Motor kaputt ist

Have you checked your fan as well as the fan relay and switch? What year is your BMW? What do the spark plug faces look like? any indication that you are leaking antifreeze in the combustion chambers?

Hi,

With a cold engine, take off the radiator cap, run the engine. When the thermostat opens you will see the coolant moving in the radiator. This tells you that your thermostat and water pump are both working. If it doesn't move and your temperature gauge is going up it is either that the thermostat or the pump is not operating. Be careful, as the coolant heats, it expands and may start to overflow out of the open radiator.
