When I turn it on,displays nothing, won't link to the remotes

So while I was was playing Destiny my game froze, I left it there for a few min then unplugged the power cord. When I go to turn it on, it displays nothing, won't link to any of the remotes even if I have the USB cord. It seems fine with the green light and blue light but when I go to turn it off with the power button it does not work. Only way of turning it off is if I do the shutdown thing by holding it. It's also not allowing me to go in any safe mode or anything like that.
