My iMac Doesn't power on

My iMac doesn't power on - sounds like it is dead. It was in storage for over a year. worked fine before. change the pram battery but it still doesn't work.

Open it up and look at the 24 cans (capacitors) for swelling or leakage. If they are OK. press the reset and the restart buttons on the logic board and observe the diagnostic lights and tell us your results.

one of the capacitors is blown.. if i change the one will it fix the problem?
