Everything seems to work but WiFi and Bluetooth. Antenna is good.

My phone will work fine when hooked to the mobile network. However, the WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities are not working. If I use the toggle switch, it will not activate. I have factory restored and it did not fix the issue. I also switched the antenna and that did not fix it. Please, any help would be appreciated. I would like to give it to my daughter to use as a music player that will hook to her Bluetooth speakers.

You should check to see if your trying to be a mobile hot spot if this feature is enabled it kills the wifi and Bluetooth

I keep seeing suggestion on to re-download the S4 platform, but I have no clue what software that is.
