Has any one seen these noise / glitch before?

Noise / Glitch Reference video

Does any one have the same problem or has seen that before? I'm trying to find out if it can be repaired or at least find out how these noise / distortion could be described because I can't find any thing on line that relates to it.

It is quite weird as the screen works fine as long as there is nothing too bright on the screen, but as you can see, even when a white / light grey or any other color that could be quite bright comes up is holds up, but as soon as one of these bright pixels goes to the right side of the screen is when the noise happens and invades the whole of the screen...I've never seen any thing like it before...any help or comments more than appreciated!

Unfortunately I didn't manage to fix it, sold the display for parts and bought a new Dell

Hmm, I've seen similar behavior from LCDs before but only on laptops, and not nearly so repeatable. best I was able to figure out was that there was a loose connection between the controller boards along the edges of the panel and the panel itself. I was only doing warranty work at the time and Compaq would just send a complete display assembly. (everything from the hinges on up)
