Why won't other chargers work on my phone?

I sent my phone to the company because even the original charger wasn't charging it. They said it was a hardware problem and I had to send it in, it took 2 weeks to get it back and my brother has my original charger. I'm using a different port but the same cord. Why won't it charge?! What can I do? Please help, this is really frustrating.

Did they give you a report of the issue and what they did to fix it when you sent it in for repair. Also have you tried a different charging cord that you know works. And also a hard reset could help as well.

It is because the MA of the charger that you are using is very lower/higher than fabric samsung charger and your phone can not accept it as a charger .

Rubbish! any microUSB charger should work -only more slowly. Almost certainly the charger cable's microUSB plug is faulty
