My Phone will not on. What do I do?

It has been in contact with water. I removed the battery and rebooted but it seems not to work. Its on 67 percent as well. Its a Samsung galaxy prime neo.

You will need to give more specifics. You can turn it on and see the battery level? What is not working then?
