Weak light in the display

I recently changed the LCD screen of my iPad because it was broken. When I finished I turned on but the light is too weak and I can´t use it. A technician said that it should be the display, but my question is, how do it know if it´s the display or only the cable?

The display should have come with a new cable. I would return it for an exchange

No sorry, you missunderstood it. I changed the LCD screen but the light in the display is too weak, so a technician says that I have to change the display (under the LCD screen). But I don´t know if it is enough changing the cable of the display or I should changed all the display, because the difference of prices is quite big

Sounds like there's a weak backlight in the display you've gotten. I understand the value of saving money. However, you're more than likely going to have issues like this, if you don't buy quality parts. You're more than likely going to have some problems

The touch screen I bought it in this website and it looks fine, but maybe I damaged something in the display beneath and when I turned it on the light was too weak. The problem now is the display, and I am not sure is the problem is in the display, the cable of the display or somewhere else

It is very possible that you damaged something during the repair. I would either return the product or purchase a product that has the cable on it. I understand at frustrating spending money. But, it's even more frustrating not having your device work

Bad LCD or backlight.

Most likely a defective LCD or the backlight went out when attempting the repair due to the device being on while worked on.
