you should remove the framework of the window so as to not break the glass then you can either replace it as a unit or drill the pin out and replace it with a roll pin later

I took a long punch and ground about a inch or two down until it would fit in the hole making contact with the outside of the roll pin. With the window out of th truck very carefully tapped out the pin.
