Why does my phone not turn off?

Your phone may either have viruses or malware or an OS problem.

For Anti Malware.

Download, install and run Malwarebytes for Mobiles. Here is a link.

If it does not fix the problem.

For Anti Virus

Download, install and run Avast Free for Mobiles. Here is a link.

If that does not fix the problem, backup the data on your phone and then perform a hard reset. Be aware a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data and will restore your phone to factory default condition. Back up your phone first!
