Camara not taking clear pictures and have black spot on it

My camera don't take clear picture it is kind of blur when I take picture and specially if I zoom it ever very little. also have black spot on the camara.. please let me know what should I do.

Hi there, Is there anyway you can open the phone up? it sounds like it might just be dust. so a can of compressed air and maybe some isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush can clean out the debris.

do I mean to open the case of the phone or open the phone ? it looks complicated to open the phone got lot of small screws.
