Why is my screen frozen? It doesn't look broken.

I can turn on my tablet and turn it off by holding the power button for a long time, but when I touch the screen, nothing happens. I've dropped my Iconia A1-830, but the screen isn't cracked at all.

It seems your digitizer may be broken. I suggest powering off your device and then looking for cracks under your screen's surface to be certain. If any such cracks are found, your digitizer is damaged and will need to be replaced.
