i'm waiting for them to arrive through shipment and heard rubbing alcohol and weiman's glass top cleaner works, but these looked a bit rough, so if anyone knows through experience if they can be cleaned or if they have seen worse cleaned, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Zatch for as long as you do not try to clean those to often I'd use some "Brasso" on Q-tips to clean the gross contamination. After that use some q-tips dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean off any residue

Appreciate the input good sir, do you think Brasso would be a much better variant to Weiman?? Also how long would you recommend I let them sit after cleaning?

Weiman might be a bit harsh and I have not used it. I've been using Brasso on those contacts. That is not to say that Weiman's won't work. If you use 90%+ isopropyl alcohol to clean properly after, you will only have to wait a few minutes. the high grade alcohol will evaporate quickly.

Awesome, you have been real helpful. do you typically pop open the case when you clean or do you just insert the q tip into the cartridge? Thanks again sir!
