ifixit cooling fan I bought in July buzzing/screeching in December

I bought a brand new ifixit fan (left side) for my MacBook Pro on July 7. It is December 7 and the new fan I bought from you has been screeching and buzzing non-stop for the past two weeks. It started out with on-again/off-again buzzing/screeching a little over a month ago, but now the buzzing is non stop. Help! What do I do now? It's driving me nuts!
