While I thank you for this advice, but my phone still keeps crashing no matter how many times I give it a hard reset. How do I fix this?

Hi,

Found this info which "may" help. Certainly doesn't hurt to try.

Turn off the 'connection optimizer'. Its in the WiFi or connections settings. Turning off wifi when leaving your house/work, will stop it from searching for networks too. Also you can turn off the notification for new WiFi signals. All in the WiFi settings.

Also if you go into location settings you can set the phone to not use wifi/data for location, and have it only use GPS.

Unfortunately the Kyocera Event phone has a pretty bad reputation for freezing and crashing (when entering Kyocera event + crashes in Google). If it still is applicable, check your warranty details. If still in warranty contact the retailer/manufacturer and see what can be done to help you

Hi,

You have to hard reset your phone.

Warning: A hard reset will erase all downloaded apps and user data and will restore the phone to factory default

Here's a link which shows how to perform a hard reset.
