iPhone 6 won't turn on after replacing WiFi module

Hey,

I've had greyed out WiFi and Bluetooth in settings so decided to replace WiFi IC on the motherboard. Heated up the component with heat gun, cleaned the area, applied flux and replaced with the new one, heated up and left to cool down. After that phone didn't switch on anymore, went take a charge either. Any idea what went wrong?

Thanks.

Try reconnecting the battery, close the phone back up, heat for a couple sec and the stick in the freezer for 10 mins. also hold the power button and home button for 1 to 2 mins if not powering on. I used to be an itech.
