How can I stop my laptop from not letting me type

My Acer AMD A4 continues to not let me type anything and makes a clicking noise when I do. Is there a way to make this stop using only my computer or Is there a shortcut to make it stop?

Hi,

It's possible that the Filter Keys mode has been enabled accidentally.

In order to disable Filter Keys:

Open Control Panel

Go to Ease of Access Center

Find the link called "Make the keyboard easier to use"

Click the "Turn on Filter Keys" checkbox to disable it

Click OK.
