LCD is white but touch still works after glass removal

Hey, so my iphone 6 plus glass was cracked and i usually do glass repairs for family so i decided to give it a shot again with my phone. Lcd was working fine, touch and everything was perfect. So i remove the glass with one of those glass / lcd seperate machines where it holds it down and you have a string cut the glue inside... Anyways the glass comes off and i test the lcd but its all white, i can slide to unlock and i press the power button and i can hear it lock and everything but everything is white. I tested on another lcd i have and it works but for my lcd its just white. I dont remember letting it fall or scratching the digitizer cables so im not sure what happened. Is there a way i can fix this so i dont have to invest on a new lcd?? Thanks
