iPad Mini First Generation Screen Swap Display Problems

The screen was cracked on the mini and I replaced with a new screen and digitizer and now my display flickers violently but the screen digitizer works. See the video for more details.

Video Problem

When I first replaced the screen it seemed to be working fine and then I put all the screws back in and this is what I am now getting. I have tried the old screen and it is doing the same thing.

That's almost certainly a damaged LCD. Check to see if the iPad's frame (the aluminum) is dented or warped or if there's something wedging the LCD up.
