Do not restore iPhone 5s in iTunes, I have tryed in 3 computer and in recovery mode but nothing. Help me

Hmm. Sorry you two never got an answer. Error 50, or -50, is usually on the computers end. OP said he tried three computers. Try using a hardlined connection, as opposed to wifi.
