system locks up after power up.

unit only works on main power. After a short period horizontal lines appear across the bottom end of the screen and the system locks up.

As I told the Poster on the question i forwarded to you. If none of the software and hardware fixes rememdy the situation, the it's most likely a bad logic board. This particular machine had many logic board failures
