Options

Would the spacebar be able to still work? (refer to attached pic)

Main question:

The highlighted cloud is the space bar. Is that the wires and are they badly burnt? Would I still be able to use it? Would it affect the other keys?

Brief:

A few days ago I spilled liquid over it - just alittle, however, I didn't clean the internal components immediately and kept using the laptop. The only problem there was was the keys would move on their own. The logic board wasn't damaged by the liquid thanks to the backlight layer.

Options

Liquid usually shorted out the keyboard and I've found no way to repair that. It will need to be replaced. These keyboards are available on eBay just be sure to get the correct one for your machine. Do not get a used one.
