Optical Vieuwfinder is blur

There is a linkage problem....the fix requires top plate removal....it is exactly the same procedure as the X10

there are approx 10 screws involved....it is only necessary to remove the upper connections to gain access to the innards....one major problem is the tiny 1 Torx screw at the front by the view finder.

Study the movement as you turn the lens to switch on...you should be able to see the linkage part.This sounds like it has jumped which accounts for the lack of focus at the widest angle of view.

Be aware that the lugs are plastic and not metal so tread carefully as over tightening will cause these to break.
