I dropped my tablet. The tablet does not start up now.

I opened the tablet and disconnected and then reconnected the battery. I then held down the start and reset button for 30 seconds. It still does not restart. The screen does not show anything. It just remains blank. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thank you

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

hard one ...

maybe try to check areas where you droped it (like if it went corner then check the parts that are on corners

if you drop something you put mechanical stress on the components (shockwave) and some traces may break or solder joints will break or rip or even a cable can disconnect with bad luck

i'm gonna say it will be really tough to repair it

try reconnecting anything ....

if your device has some kinda recovery or download mode than try enter this

is your screen dead or smth else? does it vibrate or respond or anything?

maybe try to just put a bit stress on the pcb (don't overdo) and try to start it?

i could be that smth on the pcb has microbreak and you need to do level 3 repair for that ....(without equipment nearly impossible)

maybe try to check what's dead, if you have 2 tablets (friend...family... etc.) you can swith boards arround and check what's dead

if that's the main PCB (i think) then it's gonna be hard to repair

let me know if you tried smth.
