upgrade from Mavericks to El Capitan; does it worth? Problems?

Dear Friends; my macbook pro has a Mavericks 10.9.5 os x; do you think it's good to upgrade to El Capitan? I heard about problems concerning this upgrading; could you help me? Thanks

There were some initial problems but they only lasted a day. There were big problems with the Beta but that's to be expected. But it appears to be pretty stable right now. It takes a little while to get used to the changes, such is the world. Changes everyday.
