How do I replace a broken Flash Capacitor?

The camera is working fine except i cannot get the flash to work. After some research, i found that it is most likely the flash capacitor. How would i replace this? I'd much rather not buy a new camera;

This is the component that allows the camera's flash function. Before you proceed, be warned: there are a very large number of screws to deal with, you must know how to solder wires and have the necessary equipment, and it is suggested that you have some method of categorizing the screws in order to put them back in their correct places.
