No sound at all, please help

I bought iphone 4, updated it to the latest software, and then wanted to use it. i figured out that there is no sound on the phone at all! it doesn't work on loudspeaker, doesn't work on voice memos, camera, calls, ringtones, earphones, anywhere. I tryed cleaning almost everything on phone that have relations with sound, deleted file from system/library, opened phone, cleaned the dock contacts... Microphone doesn't work too. I don't know what else to do to fix this...? Anyone can help me?

You need to change charging port flex in your phone. There are 99% chances everything will back to normal. But you may need to change ringer too but try with charging port first.

At first point I thought look like loud speaker is gone, but when you said microphone isn't working as well.

Than problem could be something els. Just tell me that microphone isn't working at all or isn't working on loud speaker or working on loud speaker and isn't working on normal

Just figur it out and let me know

Nope. Complete sound is dead... Neither loudspeaker is working, microphone also... i figured that my wifi can't catch any signal... only when i turn on hotspot on my 4s it find it like after minute, and connects, and works... camera works, vibration works, mobile data also works... when i try to raise volume on side buttons it also works

Problem solved just like u told me, thank you :) But now i have another problem with my iphone 5 :/ Daily few times, it turns of by itself. Sometimes it just reboot, and sometimes it's stuck in recovery mode, i don't know how it get's there... it boots when i hold power+home together. Now i'm doing the restore and update, so i'll see if the problem still exists, but if there is still a problem, do you know how can i solve it? is it hardware issue?
