No sounds during call

Hello,

I want to buy an iPhone which has a problem : During calls there is no sounds (the caller don't hear me and I don't hear the caller) even if we put the headsets or the loud speaker mode... But when we use the net or a VOIP app it's work fine...

So, I want to know only if it's a motherboard problem or changing the mic,speaker...etc will fix this. Thank you.
