Hi guys. The problem i have is when someone phones or when i get notifications my phone only vibrates and there is no ringtone even after i set a ringtone. And my phone is on sound. When i play games or music there is sound, so it cannot be the speaker that is broken. Can someone please help me with this.

Hi,
On the Settings screen, tap Sounds and notifications and check that the following are as you want:
• Volume: Adjust the volume level for call ringtones, music and videos, system sounds, and
notifications.
• Do not disturb: Set the device to mute incoming call and notification sounds, except for
allowed exceptions.

Thank you, but no luck. Everything is set on high volume and the do not disturb function is off. It still does not ring when i get a incoming call. Not even my alarm is working, It is also a new phone and other app sounds work so it cant be the speaker.
I Rebooted and its all gooooood! Thanks for your help.
