Can you back wind here a bit.

What was the problem before you started, and what part or assembly are you trying to get to?

How did you get the bottom off? I cant even get that far! There is a strange screw at bottom which I dont have a screwdriver for.. :(

The strange screw needs a special manufacturers implement. I improvised using a small screwdriver and a large nail to insert into the two depressions in the screw. I eventually managed to rotate the screw and undo it. However taking the main body apart and releasing the deep set screws inside the chamber is virtually impossible. If you need to view the plumbing in this section - bad luck-Destroy the machine and get a new one!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone managed to get inside this coffee machine? I have undone most of the screws I think hold the casing together but it still won't undo. Does the handle at the top need removing?

This is two years ago, but I eventually opened up the machine, found the part that was damaged and replaced it. The machine worked, but there was still some leakage.

Caffitaly machine s14 leaking water from the bottom when I try to dispense water for tea or coffee. Has anyone found the issue with this? Is it an elbow issue inside? Many thanks

this is common, poor design.

I added a piece of pet bottle plastic so the runoff went over the gap between the pod catcher tray and the internal walls of the machine... no more leaks

My caffitaly machines handle has been forced down by a friend…there was a pod stuck inside besides the one she tried to put in and now the handle keeps popping up and the machine won’t work can this be fixed?

It could be fixed, but you need to open it. Don't pay to have it serviced, it's not worth the money.
