little sign that it is charging,

I have the same problem but my saids is at 16% and it has the little sign that it is charging, but when I last looked at it it was at 14%. So is not really charging at all before i forget is the iphone 4. The night before I left charging over night but it didn't charge, and I don't know what to do. If you guys could help me please and I don't its because I kind of drop it. Help please

Rebeca Cantu, time to open up your phone and take a look at the logic board. Check the components around the battery connector and make sure that the connector is properly installed. If your phone comes on with a fresh battery but does not charge, it is possible that you have a bad power management IC. That is a BGA IC and needs special tools and skills to replace. It is also possible that you have a failed charging coil or "USB fuses". You will at least need a multimeter to check those components for continuity. Of course you also want to make sure that you have a known-good cable and that your lightning connector is in good working order.
