How to Remove dead Pixel Cluster

Hi, Hope you can help me.

I have 2 cluster of dead pixels, after a waterdamage repair on my screen.

I can see the "dead" pixel only, while the screen is black and the backlight is turned more than 30%.

If other Colours are shown, there are no complications and anything bad to see.

After disassembling the backlight, I saw that the mirrory film of the lcd is damaged. Is there any way, to replace only that film, or to glue it ?

Unfortunately I don't know, how to upload pictures.

Options

The only way to repair this is to replace the LCD. If you try to repair the "mirrory film " it will only result in further damage and glue will stain the LCD. Sorry I couldn't give you better news.
