Picture goes white after 10min

I've had my Vizio for a little over 5 years, this just started happening recently.

Screen steadily goes white grey i can see all the silhouettes of the images but every things is washed in a white grey it all happens after 6-10min of turning on the TV.

I've tried different HDMI inputes also RCA and Cable. I've turned everything off un plugged everything and just turned on the TV alone still does it. I've read somewhere it's the main board but not 100% sure on it.
