Why is there grease gushing out of the front driveline slip yoke?

I've got grease gushing out of the slip yoke after recently being in 4X. Looks like a seal.

This should be a sealed unit to keep the slide moving as the axle flexes.Check the boot for tears you may want to put a new boot on it if you do a lot of off roading.
