All data files have stopped working how to fix this issue

Keep shutting down unable to make calls

Didn't work for me. Won't even go to home menu. It comes up saying unfortunely app has stopped. Won't let me hit anything

Bring your phone into a local phone repair shop, they will be able to take your phone apart and find a solution to your problem.

Try a factory reset.. if you don't care about ur data in the phone.

Instructions

1. Power off the device. If unable to power off, remove wait som seconds and reinsert the battery.

2. Hold the Volume Down Key + Power key for 15 seconds and then release.

3. Press the Volume down key 3 times to select Delete all user data by pressing the power key.

4. Scroll down to and select Yes - delete all user data. use power key to comfirm

5. The device will reboot and display the recovery screen.

6. Select Reboot system to restart the phone

This didn't work for me. When it finally starts up before home screen it comes on and say unfortunely this app is not working. Doesn't even go to home screen. Won't do anything. U can hit report or ok and nothing works

read the above instruction for a factory reset... u dont have to power the device in normal boot ... read vividly above... to restore the phone factory setting.. (all data will be lost)
