My iPhone is charging but it's wit charge

I don't know what the reason is but I started charging my phone yesterday it had 4% and this morning I woke up I thought it would be full of charge but to my surprise it only has 4%. Don't get me wrong it's charging but it won't go over 4% I don't know why and the charger is all new I bought it two days ago from an Apple Store. Please help me I don't know what to do I really need help please!!

Take something pointed and small and clean up the charging hole ;) I suppose it's full of dirty (happens everyone ahahah even the headphones jack)
