iPad Display/touchscreen not working in all places please help!

Display not working in all places please help! touchscreen works some places and not at all in others! I tried a hard reset, a restore as well. Also tried slapping it on the back, nothing helped yet! anyone's help greatly appreciated!!!!

Options

A lot of times with a cracked display it can work for a long time before giving out. It might be time for a digitizer replacement.
