Why doesn't the coffee brewed not stay hot?
the coffee does heat enough to stay hot

Diane Karp, the coffee should just be hot right after brewing. The Keurig coffee maker does not have any other heating element and cannot keep coffee hot after brewing.

For the high price one has to pay , the coffee should stay hot while one is drinking it.
Sorry I wasted the money on Keurig machine.
