Why is my flash setting not working?

If the camera flash is not turning on you may have to manually turn it on. There should be an icon that looks like a lightning bolt that turns the flash on and off.

If your flash on your device is not working, you will want remove the battery and memory card and reinsert both after a few seconds. You will then want to turn on your camera and place it on Auto Mode. Try seeing if the flash works now by pressing the shutter button on to take a picture.

First, verify that the flash is properly on. Use the buttons on the panel to make sure.
