Why isn't my tablet turning on

I'll push and gold down the power button and the light turns green and then orange at the bottom but the tablet dosent come on

Hi,

Your Tab battery may have a very low charge state and your charger may have insufficient power to run the tablet AND charge the battery at the same time. Have you tried just plugging in your charger and letting it charge your Tab until the light changes from orange to green? It might take up to 3 hours. Then try turning on your Tab. If it doesn't change to green after 4 hours you may have a faulty battery.
