How to replace grey plastic axis (hinge?) between display & lowerbody?

The grey color plastic axis (hinge?) was broken (one of the metal turning axis is also broken), and I ordered them from China.

I followed the "Display assembly" guide, and after detached the display, I found no way to remove that grey plastic thing form the display unit.

Could anyone help?

Thanks.

You need to remove the bezel from the screen to access the screws that hold it on . The bezel is glued on with two sided tape and is difficult to remove but necessary to remove the hinge.
