I have the sound on my speaker turned all the way up and it is still not coming out clear.

Did anything happen to the speaker prior to this issue?

Also are you connected via Bluetooth or via a cable?

Options

Try giving your device a full charge before using the speaker. If that does not fix the problem, remove the face plate and clean the speaker.
