Wifi brand problem can you help me

I replace the touch screen but then Wi-Fi and 3G their brand has become very weak, possible to know why ???

Yep, chances are you tore the antenna. It happens, its not a huge deal. The wifi antenna is the most common since the little tiny wire is so close to the edge of the screen and you sometimes hit it when prying up the old screen. The 3G ones are too easy to knick if you aren't careful along the top.

To diagnose the problem, carefully remove the digitizer and inspect the wifi antenna on the bottom right side. There should be a tiny wire connected to an oblong shaped sticker. If either of those are damaged, that is your wifi issue. For the 3G, inspect the 2 antennas on the top of the device. The connectors wrap under the antenna and case and run under the motherboard. All 3 antennas are very easy and straight forward to replace. Below are the ifixit guides for each.

Most likely you have damaged the antenna. The wifi antenna in stuck to the back of the screen to the right of the home button. The 3G antenna is at the top next to the front camera. Check to see if they are torn. If so, you will need to remove the screen and replace the antenna.
