Can windows 10 be reinstalled after upgrading hard drive?

I was told that windows 10 can only be installed on one computer only. I want to upgrade the HD to a Hybrid drive. Will this upgrade void a windows 10 reinstallation in BootCamp.

Options

Yea u can upgrade as long as Windows 10 isn't running in same computer same time. Once u take out the HDD n replace with a hybrid it's a fresh installation u're about to attempt no record of old installation shld b noticed
