Myphone Agua Rain 2g won't Hard Reset

I have a Myphone Agua Rain 2g and I want to reset it but it won't. My phone is working normally my problem is just the reset. When I hard reset it, it just shows a white screen then continue with the " on animation" please help me! I really need to reset it. Thanks!
